Terms & Conditions

By booking airport transportation services through Journey Connected, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
RESERVATIONS
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your confirmation will include all applicable fees and taxes.
Gratuity is not required and is not included in the quoted rate. If you wish to offer a gratuity, it may be paid directly to the chauffeur at the time of service.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 1 hour and 24 hours before your scheduled pickup will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full fare booked with no refund. Late arrivals that are not caused by delayed or canceled flights will result in forfeiture of payment. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify Journey Connected as soon as possible of delays. Every effort will be made to accommodate, but no guarantees can be made that a driver or vehicle will be available. Selecting the wrong vehicle type at booking may result in forfeiture of the rate paid. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the correct vehicle type is selected to accommodate the correct number of passengers and baggage. If an error is made, the guest will be responsible for paying any difference, extra vehicle costs, or additional charges. If the guest has excess baggage (more than one checked bag and one carry-on per person), they must notify us in advance, as this may result in an additional charge for a larger vehicle to accommodate.
FLIGHT MONITORING AND DISRUPTIONS
Flight arrivals are monitored to accommodate delays. If your flight is delayed, your transportation will be automatically rescheduled at no additional cost.
If your flight is canceled or significantly disrupted and you choose to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund with no penalty.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND LIABILITY
All transportation services are provided by independent third-party transportation providers. Journey Connected and NWP3 LLC act solely as booking agents and do not operate, manage, or control the vehicles or personnel delivering these services.
By booking transportation through Journey Connected, you acknowledge and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Journey Connected, NWP3 LLC, and their employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, property damage, or death arising from or related to the transportation services provided by third-party companies. This includes, without limitation, any harm resulting from accidents, acts of nature, delays, service disruptions, negligence, or other circumstances beyond our control.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indiana, United States.
