Plan a Trip Across Africa, Without Doing It Alone
Whether it’s Egypt and Morocco in one trip, a safari through Kenya and Tanzania, or a single-country deep dive, Africa takes real planning to get right. We build the itinerary, book everything, and handle the logistics, so all that’s left for you is the trip itself.
Where in Africa Are You Headed?
Whether you’re planning one country or combining a few into a single trip, here’s where we specialize.
Why Plan Your Africa Trip With Us
Africa rewards good planning more than almost any other region, here’s what that actually looks like.
Multi-Country Logistics, Handled
A trip across Africa often means connecting flights, visa requirements that differ by country, and long travel days between destinations. We handle the routing and the paperwork, so a multi-country trip doesn't turn into a full-time research project before you've even left.
Real, Vetted Guides and Safari Operators
Whether it's a safari in East Africa or a guided tour through Egypt or Morocco, the guide makes the trip. We only work with operators and guides we know and trust, not the first listing that comes up in a search.
Built Around What You Actually Want to See
Africa isn't one trip, it's dozens of different ones. Ancient history in Egypt, desert and markets in Morocco, wildlife in Kenya and Tanzania, coastline in South Africa and Tunisia. We build your itinerary around what you're actually after, not a generic regional package.

What to Know Before You Go
A few practical details worth sorting out before you book.
Visa Requirements, Sorted Out for You
Entry requirements vary by country, some allow visas on arrival, others require an application well in advance. We help you understand exactly what your itinerary requires and when, so there's no last-minute scramble trying to meet a deadline you didn't know existed.
The Right Time to Go, by Country
Peak safari season in East Africa doesn't line up with the best time to visit Egypt or Morocco. If your trip spans more than one country, timing matters more than most people expect, and we build your itinerary with that in mind.
Support for the Details That Matter
From health considerations to what makes sense to pack for a trip that might include desert heat and safari mornings, we're available to talk through the details and point you toward the right resources.

We've booked over 100 trips across Africa for happy clients.

Tell us where you want to go, one country or several, and a travel advisor will help you build the trip from there.
Africa Travel Questions, Answered
October through April offers the most comfortable weather for sightseeing, with daytime temperatures in the 70s and 80s. December and January are the busiest months for tourists, so March and April offer the same comfortable conditions with smaller crowds at major sites like the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Alexandria is about a two and a half hour drive and makes for a full day along the Mediterranean coast. Closer to the city, Saqqara, Dahshur, and Memphis cover Egypt’s oldest pyramids and the ruins of its first capital in half a day. For most visitors, these two options cover the best day trips without adding an overnight stay.
Most visitors need a visa to enter Egypt, available either in advance through Egypt’s e-Visa portal or on arrival at Cairo International Airport for many nationalities. We recommend applying for the e-Visa before you travel since it’s faster and avoids the arrival line. Requirements vary by country, so we confirm what you’ll need as part of planning your trip.
The Egyptian pound (EGP) is the official currency, though many hotels, tour operators, and higher-end restaurants also accept US dollars or euros. ATMs are widely available in tourist areas, and credit cards are accepted at most hotels and larger shops, though cash is still expected for taxis, small vendors, and tipping.
Zamalek is a quiet, leafy island neighborhood popular with travelers who want walkable cafes and a break from city traffic. Downtown Cairo puts you closer to the Egyptian Museum area and local markets. Staying near Giza puts you minutes from the Pyramids, ideal if that’s the first thing you want to see. We match your hotel location to how you want to spend your time, not just what’s closest to the airport.
