It’s located about 3.5 miles south of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, and roughly 30 minutes from PVR, making the villa a serene escape that’s still conveniently reachable.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible: cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup for a full refund, or between 1 hour and 24 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup are non-refundable. We monitor all incoming flights and adjust pickup times as needed at no additional cost. If your flight is canceled or significantly disrupted, and you choose to cancel your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund with no penalty.
