When you book airport transportation through Journey Connected, you agree to our clear and simple terms. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance, with availability confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is required upfront and includes all applicable fees and taxes. Gratuity is not included and never required—however, if you wish to tip your chauffeur, you may do so directly at the time of service.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible: cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup for a full refund, or between 1 hour and 24 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup are non-refundable. We monitor all incoming flights and adjust pickup times as needed at no additional cost. If your flight is canceled or significantly disrupted, and you choose to cancel your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund with no penalty.

Please note that all transportation services are provided by independent third-party providers. Journey Connected and NWP3 LLC act solely as booking agents and do not own or operate the vehicles. By booking, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Journey Connected, NWP3 LLC, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability related to the services provided.

Booking Note: When you arrive at airport for your vacation in city, please remember that your private transportation driver will meet you outside the airport terminal in the open-air area. After you have collected all of your luggage and completed immigration and customs, exit the terminal fully. Your airport transfer driver will be waiting there with a sign displaying your name, ready to begin your resort transfer.
