When you book airport transportation through Journey Connected, you agree to our clear and simple terms. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance, with availability confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is required upfront and includes all applicable fees and taxes. Gratuity is not included and never requiredโhowever, if you wish to tip your chauffeur, you may do so directly at the time of service.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible: cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup for a full refund, or between 1 hour and 24 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup are non-refundable. We monitor all incoming flights and adjust pickup times as needed at no additional cost. If your flight is canceled or significantly disrupted, and you choose to cancel your reservation, youโll receive a full refund with no penalty.
