Cancellation

All flights are monitored, and in the event of a delay, transportation will be scheduled to the updated arrival time. If a flight is canceled, passengers must contact us as soon as possible to provide updated arrival details. It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of any schedule changes outside of standard delays.

For voluntary cancellations (e.g., if the passenger decides not to travel), cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled arrival time for a full refund. Any voluntary cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time that is not due to an airline cancellation will not be refunded.

Transportation services are subcontracted to third-party providers who are thoroughly vetted and verified. Journey Connected acts solely as a booking facilitator and assumes no liability for any incidents, delays, service issues, or disputes that may arise between the client and the transportation provider. Any claims, disputes, or insurance matters must be handled directly between the client and the service provider. Journey Connected is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of third-party transportation services.
